GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

PAYMENTS

Payments must be made within the terms specified in the commission.

In spot sales, ownership of the goods is reserved until payment has been made, even if delivery has already taken place.

DELIVERIES

The delivery deadline is purely indicative without any ns. commitment, and a ns. delay in deliveries does not in any case affect the validity of the order.

SHIPMENT

The goods always travel on behalf, at the risk and peril of the customer, including shipments prepaid or against check in the case of returns. Consequently, we are not responsible for breakages, failures or shortages and, in any case, the recipient will have to claim against the carrier, being required, upon receipt of the goods, to verify their conditions. Unless expressly indicated by the Customer on this order, the shipment will be made in the way that we consider most convenient. Once we receive your order it will be our duty to contact you and inform you about shipping costs.

PRICES

The prices are intended for goods delivered ex works. factory, duty, VAT excluded, and are not binding for future sales.

RETURNS

Returns of goods will not be accepted for any reason, unless previously authorized in writing by us. Any return of goods must be made carriage paid, unless authorized by us.

CANCELLATIONS

It is our right to suspend shipments or cancel orders, without prejudice to damage or otherwise, in the event of late payments, as well as to claim damages, for orders or part of them remained unexecuted, against the customer who, warned by letter registered letter, has not covered the overdue within 10 days from the date of this.

DEFAULT INTERESTS

The interest on arrears is agreed to the extent of current commercial rates and will be applied by law without the need for formal notice, on all delayed payments, for which the reimbursement of postage and bank charges will also be requested.

JURISDICTION

For any dispute having any relationship with this contract, only the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan is recognized and this also in the event that payment is established by means of drafts.

LIMITATION ON THE PROPOSITION OF EXCEPTIONS

Any complaint does not suspend the Customer’s obligation to pay the price at the established times, and being in compliance with the payments is a condition of admissibility of the exceptions themselves.

NON-RELIABILITY OF SALES CONDITIONS

No ns. agent or traveling staff is authorized to make concessions, or discounts, or accept on our behalf any agreement that is not in accordance with these general conditions.

We are not responsible in case of incorrect or missing communication of your data (Name, Address / s, VAT number, Tax Code, Iban). It will be your concern to inform us of any changes thereto.
